Hi, I am Anna Bevilacqua and my job role for the Launch Night of Studio 204 is to manage the industry contacts and the sending of email invites. Within this role, my responsibilities include and have included, networking to gather over eighty different industry contacts to compile them into a spreadsheet, before emailing these contacts with the 'Save the Dates' and a a paragraph to entice them to attend Launch Night. Moreover, I will be sending out the PR letter to industry contacts as well as invitations and RSVP's, then collating numbers and managing the contacts in attendance.
